Organization: DrLullaby — www.drlullaby.com
Type: Fully remote, flexible telehealth
Who this is for: Licensed psychologists, licensed masters-level clinicians (LCSW/LCPC), and Autonomous Nurse Practitioners who want to build a specialty, not just carry a caseload.

Become a behavioral sleep medicine specialist — on us

We take licensed psychologists, masters-level clinicians (LCSW/LCPC), and Autonomous Nurse Practitioners and turn them into behavioral sleep medicine (BSM) specialists through free, structured training led by board-certified clinicians — the kind of training that normally costs $200–$400 per hour out of pocket.

If you have already been through CBT‑I training but do not yet have enough hours to sit for boards, we provide boarded supervision and consultation, and caseloads to count toward hours.

You do not need any CBT or sleep experience to apply. If you are a licensed psychologist, masters-level clinician, or Autonomous Nurse Practitioner who is curious, tech-comfortable, and wants a durable specialty credential, we will teach you the rest.

What You Get

  • Free BSM training toward DBSM board certification — 1:1 and group supervision by board-certified BSM clinicians. This is the single most valuable thing we offer, and it is yours at no cost.
  • A real community — weekly consultation, operations touchpoints, and grand rounds (every third Thursday), led by a practicing clinician who actually knows this field.
  • Predictable, rewarding clinical work — CBT‑I is structured, brief, and highly effective, improving symptoms for 70–80% of patients. No open-ended crisis management.
  • True schedule autonomy — see patients any time of day, any day of the week.
  • Cost-sharing for new state licenses you obtain with us, and cost-sharing for DBSM certification expenses.
  • AI Scribe provided to cut your documentation burden.

The Role

  • Begin with ~15 weekly sessions (18 open), growing toward 25–30 as your caseload builds. Clinicians typically open ~30% more slots to absorb cancellations and no‑shows.
  • Use DrLullaby's software to review patient data and message patients between sessions to support outcomes.
  • Complete intake and follow-up notes within 72 hours (AI Scribe provided to reduce documentation burden).
  • Provide assessment reports to patients the day before each session.
  • Participate in weekly Thursday group consultation, weekly Thursday operations meetings, and grand rounds every third Thursday.
  • Engage in individualized supervision during onboarding (and beyond, if in training).
  • Embody our values: Gratitude-first, Data-Centric, Innovators, Heartful, Solve-Focused.

What We're Looking For

  • Independent clinical licensure in at least one U.S. state as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, a masters-level clinician (LCSW or LCPC), or an Autonomous Nurse Practitioner. Illinois licensure is strongly preferred — or you are able and willing to add Illinois.
  • Masters-level clinicians (LCSW/LCPC) must be able to contract with Medicare (enroll as a Medicare provider).
  • Psychologists: doctorate from an APA-accredited program (APA-accredited internship preferred).
  • PSYPACT authorization is a strong plus for psychologists — it lets you see patients across 40+ states.
  • Some experience delivering telehealth care.
  • Comfort with technology and digital tools for patient engagement and documentation.
  • CBT and sleep experience are NOT required — we train you.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay is per completed session and scales with your caseload — you choose how many sessions you take, from about 15 to 35 per week. The top of each range below assumes a full 35 sessions/week; most clinicians land in between, and your schedule stays flexible.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

$51K – $118K/yr

$51K (part-time) · $118K (full-time)

$65 per completed session · 15–35 sessions/week

Masters-Level Clinician (LCSW/LCPC)

$39K – $91K/yr

$39K (part-time) · $91K (full-time)

$50 per completed session · 15–35 sessions/week

  • Pay is based on sessions/hours completed and is fully flexible — you control your caseload.
  • Benefits package for full-time clinicians (30+ sessions/week): $500/month toward benefits of your choice (transitioning to a group health plan), PTO, and weekly bonus opportunities tied to compliance and patients served.
  • All clinician compensation increases 15% above current numbers on January 1, 2027.

We take a payor mix, so we are candid that we are not the highest cash-rate option. What we are is the place that will make you a credentialed specialist for free, inside the warmest team you'll find in telehealth.
